• Register Interest form: your name, email address, profession, and the topics you'd like to hear about (new CPD training, TLAQ™ training, practitioner worksheets and resources, and/or future CPD updates).
• Usage data: standard, non-identifying technical data such as pages visited and browser type, collected only where analytics cookies are enabled.

How we use your data

• To respond to questions submitted through the Contact form.
• To send you updates about the specific topics you selected when registering interest — and nothing else.
• To maintain and improve the security and performance of this website.

Legal basis for processing

We rely on two lawful bases: legitimate interest, to respond to enquiries you send us directly through the Contact form; and your consent, for any updates we send as a result of the Register Interest form. You give this consent explicitly by ticking the consent box on that form, and you can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep your data

We keep contact and register-interest submissions only for as long as needed to respond to you or to keep you updated on the topics you selected, or until you ask us to delete your data — whichever comes first.

This site uses only the cookies it needs by default. Essential cookies keep the site functioning. Analytics cookies, where used, are set only after you consent through the cookie banner, and you can decline them without losing access to anything on the site.
